Currently Tim Dams teaches software development topics (mainly C# .NET) and information security issues at the AP University College of Antwerp, Belgium. In his spare time he likes to sharpen his .NET skills. In 2013, Tim became a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer for Windows Store Apps using C# after first earning the Microsoft Certified Professional Developer for Windows Phone certificate in 2012. Tim started his professional career in 2003 as a researcher in a government-funded project (IWT) on wireless networks, dubbed WLAN IDEAS, where his main focus was the (in)security aspects of Wifi. After that, Tim thought courses on multimedia (image/audio/video compression) . Briefly, Tim was a researcher on digital watermarking in images at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Brussel.
