Lara Hallam (Ph.D. in Communication Sciences) is a guest professor and researcher at AP University College within the Department of Business & Law. Her research domains include the functioning of interpersonal relationships within technological applications, and sustainability values and attitudes. Additionally, she is part of the Immersive Lab, where she focuses on the role of embodiment within virtual reality environments.
Lara Hallam contributes to research on the role of green values and attitudes among future and current employees. This research aims to develop a recruitment tool that sustainable organizations could use to attract employees who share the same sustainable values and attitudes.
Finally, Lara also works as a guest professor at the University of Antwerp, where she teaches students how to initiate and conduct research, ensuring her methodological and statistical knowledge remains up-to-date.
