Nick obtained a bachelor's degree in Audiovisual Techniques: Photography in 2011. He then worked as a photographer for several Belgian newspapers such as 'De Standaard' and 'De Morgen'. In 2017, he released his first documentary photo book 'Bus Stop', which depicts the effects of globalization in the Belgian landscape in his own unique way. Additionally, he delved into architectural projects. For several years now, he has specialized in architectural photography for architectural firms and designers.
Since 2024, Nick has been working as the lab manager of the Immersive Lab at AP University of Applied Sciences. His expertise with camera equipment is invaluable for the expansion and maintenance of the Immersive Lab. He also assists with communication and events to promote the Immersive Lab. Furthermore, he is the point of contact for Blikopener inquiries, services, and equipment rental for companies, including the rental of studios and equipment from the Immersive Lab. He also supports the co-creations and residencies that take place in the Lab.
