Have you lost your diploma, left it behind during a move, or worse, lost it in a fire? No worries!
Unfortunately, we cannot send you a new diploma, as the original copy is unique. However, if you fill in some crucial information below, we can provide you with a certificate that replaces the lost diploma. This does come with a cost of 100 euros.
Over the past years and decades, quite a few things have changed in higher education. Due to many mergers, most colleges no longer exist under the same name or at the same address. To make it easier for both yourself and us, it's best to consult the list of 'former' institutions and check who their rightful successors are. This way, you'll have the correct name, references, and addresses, allowing us to process your request more efficiently.
If you pursued an academic program in Physiotherapy, Translation and Interpreting, Industrial Sciences, Product Development, Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Conservation and Restoration at the former Artesis University College Antwerp, at the University College Antwerp, or at a predecessor of one of these institutions, you should submit your request for a lost diploma to the University of Antwerp via diploma@uantwerpen.be.
