Lies Pycke obtained a professional bachelor’s degree in teaching, a Master’s in Philosophy, and underwent a Specific Teacher Training as well. 
She followed both the basic training and the in-depth course 'appreciative and inspiring coaching'. Within the teacher training program of Primary Education, she takes care of the pedagogical subjects and she is responsible for the intervisions and internal coaching. Moreover, she teaches ‘philosophy with children and youngsters’ in the Netherlands and Belgium. 

Peter David is very committed to the successful transition from Secondary education to higher education or to the professional field and the transition from higher education to the professional field. Learning motivation, learning skills are crucial for success in higher education and the soft skills are also decisive for success in the workplace.
